Available product variants: countersunk head (T) and hexagon head (FUS). Available in stainless steel (R/A4) and electro-galvanised steel (gvz) grades. Selectable product features: drill diameter 8/10 and effective length 10-210 mm. Used in through-hole mounting. Features secure anchoring, Upat nylon quality and easy installation. Used, for example, for fastening facade constructions, wooden substructures and screen brackets.

Functioning

Function: The frame anchor is delivered pre-assembled and can be directly driven into the borehole. When driving in the frame anchor, the impact protection prevents premature expansion of the frame anchor. The anchor rim ensures flush mounting and prevents the frame anchor from slipping into the borehole. When screwing in the anchor screw, the anti-rotation device prevents the frame anchor from rotating. The special anchor screw does not cut into the frame anchor but compresses it more strongly against the borehole wall. In cavity masonry, the loads are transferred via the stone webs

Installation: The Upat Frame Anchor URD is installed in through-hole mounting. Create the borehole, clean it, drive in the frame anchor, screw in the screw - done
